I am trained in analyzing and evaluating fiduciary issues, both in the financial services world and in the healthcare industry. Recently, these two skills have proven extraordinarily useful with the arrival of the 2021 Consolidated Appropriations Act (\"CAA\")- which clarifies and enhances employers\' pre-existing fiduciary responsibilities in health plan management.Besides that, I have an acute understanding of policy in both the healthcare and environmental fields. I thrive on great discussions where both sides are learning from each other, and pride myself on the ability to suspend what I think I already know so that I can truly listen to what\'s being shared with me. The world\'s an ocean of gray; it\'s important to figure out what\'s really going on.
