I am on a mission to help and support as many back pain sufferers as possible to live a better quality life!My name is Darrell and my life has taken a total 180 since suffering chronic back pain.And before you say it. I am not talking from a medical professional\'s point of view.I am talking from my OWN lived experience as an \'expert patient\'.I used to run a car valeting and detailing business, which was my absolute passion.Then I had to STOP No more manual work for me.So how did I get myself back on track? I changed my diet Started eating anti-inflammatory foods Avoided ibuprofen all together Drink 3 litres of water a day Did some gentle stretching when possible Take short walks and built up from 5 minutes up to 25 minutes Became more self aware and learnt how to pace myselfNow it\'s my purpose to help others to better manage their pain in a non clinical way through small self led lifestyle adjustments. I do this by running in person Peer to Peer Pain Support groups & 8 week Pain Management coursesI would love to connect with you to help you manage your pain or for collaboration opportunities.
