Provide system installations, configuration and onboarding for new customers and provide 24/7 on-call support.Install leading-edge product code and operating systems and perform related configuration changes to web applications before they reach production clients.Identify potential issues and recommend areas of improvement for both ACI’s SaaS multi-tenant model and in-house clients that run the software from both a product and OS architecture perspective.Provide appropriate server architecture recommendations/designs when building new environments and modifying existing environments to ensure they meet product standards and requirements.Anticipate and raise project, business, and technical issues to the appropriate resources, log issues and actively participate in their resolution.Provide ongoing support to include deploying base code and patches, meeting availability SLA’s, maintaining secured environment to meet internal and external audit requirements and engage customer communications for day-to-day operations and special projects.Provides mentoring and guidance to less experienced team members.Other duties as assigned.
