Providing ongoing operational support for the Postilion application for SAAS and platform customers.• Participating in the engineering and configuration of technical solutions for application upgrades, customer implementations and compliance mandates.• Supports other internal teams such as network, infrastructure, automation and security teams by providing subject matter expertise of the Postilion application. • Monitoring systems, resolving system incidents, service requests and providing support on triages.• Assist with vulnerability identification, remediation as well as writing and submitting exceptions. • Providing analysis for root cause analysis reports, identify and resolve problem actions. • Providing project management to internal projects such as the Windows and SQL upgrade project to all impacted servers (approximately 200 servers in test and production environments).• Provide Operational support to the UP Merchant Payments Dev/Ops team.• Create and represent change requests following the Change Review Board standards.• Assisting in reviewing resumes, interviewing potential new hires and make recommendations to leadership.• Training and mentoring of new and current team members of applications and systems.• Updating and providing performance management feedback on current team members to leadership.• Writing documentation for the team Sharepoint site including scripts, training, processes and procedures.• Provide on call support as part of team rotation.
