I work in the Market Development Team at Zetaris, where I spend my time with data and AI leaders who are trying to modernise fast without ripping out everything they’ve already invested in.Over the last few years, I’ve had the same conversation many times: a team has a solid stack (warehouses, lakes, ETL, BI, maybe Databricks or Snowflake on one side and SAP/Salesforce on the other), but as soon as real‑time use cases and AI pilots ramp up, the number of tools, pipelines and copies quietly explodes.
