Full Circle Marketing is under contract with the City of Winchester to produce events in Old Town Winchester and assist with a new Branding Campaign for the City. Under the contract, Full Circle Marketing is promoting 9 events through out the Summer/Fall on the walking mall in Old Town Winchester. Full Circle sells sponsorships and conducts the events from start to finish. Our goal is to draw visitors to the area and have them explore what the Winchester area has to offer.
