Prior to joining Zurich, I was with Travelers Insurance for 10 years and Liberty Mutual for 6 years with various roles and responsibilities. Most recently, I was a Managing Director of Claim Product Development & Strategy at Travelers.Throughout my career at Travelers and Liberty Mutual, I has led teams managing high-severity and large-loss claims across complex exposures — including large national and retail accounts — driving technical rigor, sound reserve strategies, and strong litigation outcomes. I have been accountable for a multi-billion Liability claims portfolio, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to shape enterprise-wide Liability strategy and developing organizational capabilities.I hold a Bachelor’s and MBA degree from the University of Connecticut, Certificates of Specialization in Business Strategy and AI Principles from Harvard Business School, and a CPCU designation.
