Leading a team of product managers building secure access tools for both human users and AI agents at scale.As infrastructure teams navigate the shift toward agentic AI, access patterns are changing fast. Credentials that used to serve people now need to work for autonomous systems. The access controls that we\'ve used for decades just don\'t fit these new workflows. My team is figuring out how secure access needs to evolve, balancing security, usability, and the operational reality of managing access at enterprise scale.We\'re also building the team\'s product processes: clearer frameworks for prioritization, better alignment across engineering and security, and stronger feedback loops with customers. The goal is faster decisions and products that solve real problems.
