Program Manager - Technology Operations @Scholastic

As Program Manager I am responsible first and foremost for the successful high quality delivery of the program roadmap and milestones related to Scholastic’s technology operations projects, strategic initiatives and manage the roadmap. I am also responsible for driving areas peripheral, but essential to the program such as change management, operational processes, engineering best practices, and the maturity of Agile delivery within the program teams. Working closely with Project Managers, Key Business Stakeholders, Technology Leadership Team, Technology Team Leads, and Scrum Masters to identify, prioritize, and complete project milestones for the assigned program and help to apply Agile Scrum, in a logical and reasonable manner communicating status and ensuring work is executed on time, on budget, within the requirements and quality standards defined.
