Started Drum Cafe in Canada and branches in the USA. Responsible for Business Development and Strategy, Danny has a lot of experience in team building, HR motivation and corporate entertainment.Despite what the name suggests, Drum Cafe is not a physical venue. Drum Cafe is an unforgettable rhythmic event that travels to where YOU are delivering high-energy, interactive corporate team building events and corporate entertainment using drumming as the medium for groups from 5 to and beyond. Every company has a rhythmDrum Cafe’s interactive drumming is a powerful way to make any event unforgettable! Its an event where everyone gets to play a drum. It is an interactive event where each individual is not a spectator, but a performer who is involved at the same level as his/her colleague, enforcing a cooperative, non-competitive relationship amongst the group.Organizational charts are vertical or hierarchical, while drumming circles are ‘flat’. Drum Cafe is a program that is experienced and felt. Music is a universal language that is able to transcend barriers, traditional or otherwise.Like-minded individuals come together and merge their rhythmical experience into one musical expression or “group vision”. Building communities & helping employees manage stress, maintain work-life balance can increase a sense of wellbeing, feel apart of the workplace.Rhythm is within all of us as a basic universal language that everyone understands, allowing dialogue among us at the most basic creative level. The process of creating music, like business, has to be understood by everyone to succeed. Nothing brings to life the key elements of effective communication and teamwork, as does a group of people attempting to create music together.
