I help leadership teams translate strategy into execution during periods of rapid growth. I’m most effective working closely with senior leaders to bring clarity, prioritization, and follow-through in environments where structure is still being built.I’m a strategic finance and operating leader with 10+ years of experience at the intersection of investing and execution — from sourcing and executing private equity investments to driving growth, improving KPIs, and scaling multi-unit, consumer-facing businesses.Most recently, I spent nearly seven years at Level 5 Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on consumer services. I partnered closely with CEOs and executive teams to drive planning, execution, and accountability across finance, M&A, and operations during periods of rapid growth and change.Prior to that, I worked at Bayshore (a single-family office) and Goldman Sachs. Across roles, my through-line has been judgment, pattern recognition, and comfort with ambiguity — I thrive in unstructured environments where smart people are solving real problems and learning fast.I’m now exploring strategic finance, corporate development, or hybrid roles at companies approaching an inflection point — where thoughtful execution, cross-functional coordination, and operating rigor matter as much as strategy.Currently based in Atlanta and open to hybrid or remote roles across consumer, tech-enabled services, infrastructure, and emerging categories.
