Search Inside Yourself is a highly experiential program that uses emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and neuroscience to offer participants tools to bring out their best and most effective self. Through a combination of content and practical exercises, the program helps people make real changes in their professional and personal life. ABOUT DANNY BRENT BERRYMAN
I’ve spent the last 20 years walking alongside leaders as they navigate moments of pressure, change, and redefinition. My work blends emotional clarity with contemplative insight, rooted in a lifelong study of Eastern philosophy and a deep respect for what moves people, not just what motivates them.At Interlude, the project I co-founded with my partner Laura, we design and facilitate leadership retreats and workshops that invite teams and individuals to pause, reconnect, and remember what truly matters. Held in places of natural beauty, these experiences integrate evidence-based practices, embodied awareness, and practical tools for cultivating resilient, emotionally intelligent, and purposeful leadership.Certified by the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, the program originally developed at Google, I bring a global framework for emotional intelligence and awareness-based leadership to every setting we work in.This isn’t about escape.It’s about returning, more whole, more present, and more aligned.
