Formerly known as Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, SIY Global was born at Google and is now taught worldwide. SIY is based on neuroscience and teaches mindfulness and emotional intelligence skills that lead to sustained peak performance, strong collaboration, and effective leadership. SIY’s focus on empathy and leading with compassion supports inclusion while also increasing self-awareness, communication, and resilience to help create positive emotional and mental states and a strong, inspiring leadership presence. Craig teaches the SIY curricula (Search Inside Yourself, Adaptive Resilience, and Effective Teaming) internally at HP, externally through his company Business Awakens, Inc, and at the invitation of other SIY teachers. He has taught at Meta (Facebook), and UCSF School of Medicine, among others. Craig also offers SIY Keynotes and has spoken at conferences such as Out and Equal Workplace Summit and for employee groups at other companies.
