Oversight of all Operational activity and service delivery for Zellis Background Checking. · Functional daily management of the Operations teams across multiple international sites (UK/India). · Client and Stakeholder management, including new business opportunities; supporting and administrating tender and bid opportunities, as well as expanding existing opportunities and re-signs. Including travel.· Responsibility for business P&L, delivering on revenue against forecast and targets; achieving margin threshold and growth in excess of business expectation, while minimising cost increases. Responsibility for delivery on company NPS targets, seeking constant improvement.· Project management for system and process improvement, including supplier onboarding and assisting with due diligence in line with legislation and business standards.· Maintaining and distributing legislative and process standards knowledge across the business area and broader Zellis business. Being key point of contact for industry bodies and maintaining Zellis compliance.· Facilitating training/upskilling of teams under my purview, increasing productivity and efficiency while increasing business eNPS score against internal and external benchmarking.· Deputising for the Service Delivery Director.
