I am employed as a part-time, on-call Firefighter, providing fire and rescue cover to my local community, outside my working day – primarily in the evenings / overnight / over weekends- Deal with a wide range of emergency situations, where problem solving, and initiative is vital to resolve incidents effectively and professionally, the situations vary from preventing fires, tackling fires, searching, rescuing and protecting people / animals and sustaining/preserving their life and ensuring public safety- Educate the community on fire safety awareness while consistently upholding an exceptional standard across all skill sets and competencies.
