As part of Made Tech’s user-centred design practice, I work with public sector clients to provide UX design support in line with government design principles.I specialise in:• interaction design—using the GOV.UK prototype kit and Figma to turn sketches into high fidelity prototypes for usability testing• service design—articulating complex problem spaces to design and map multi-channel, end-to-end services for the benefit of all usersProjects I have worked on include:• Interaction designer for the Private Rented Sector Database—beta (MHCLG, 2025-present)• Optimising the Direct Care API assurance process—discovery (NHSE, 2025)• Design review of prison intelligence apps (MoJ, 2025)• Continuous improvement of internal relationship management tool—beta (Department for Business and Trade, 2024) • Harmonising external relationship management as part of a wider ‘common tools’ initiative—discovery (Department for Levelling Up, 20••••24) • Developing a fast and credible decision-making framework to support improved policy outputs—discovery and alpha (Client anonymised, 2023)• Exploration into grants management across government—discovery (Cabinet Office/CDDO, 2023)
