continuation of Head of Architecture, Tungsten Network)I lead portfolio architecture for the Invoice Agility product umbrella, spanning six acquired product teams across AP and AR automation. Building on my previous Head of Architecture remit, I’m responsible for defining the north-star architecture and orchestrating the transition from multiple products to one unified, customer-centred platform. The focus is on optimising operational and R&D costs, increasing interoperability, and accelerating innovation against a multi-year strategic vision.What I do- Own the portfolio-level architecture and unification roadmap across AP & AR- Define standards, “golden paths”, and guardrails (APIs, data, integration, security, observability)- Lead convergence of overlapping capabilities; retire duplication and evolve shared services and platforms- Partner with Product, Engineering, and the C-suite to align technology bets with commercial outcomes- Guide modernisation (cloud, event-driven, CI/CD, SLOs) and ensure platform health at scale- Coach architects and engineering leads; embed lightweight governance that enables delivery.What it means for customers & partners- A single, coherent experience across AP/AR workflows- Faster delivery of features that matter, with improved reliability and transparency- A platform designed for long-term adaptability and sustainable cost efficiency.
