Activities performed mainly in Germany, UAE and Latin-America.Prior to 2008 I gained extensive experience in the Planning Ministry (SECTRA) in Santiago de Chile supporting the authorities in the development of the urban transport system, directing and coordinating transport projects and policy-related studies.
