Founded in the early 80\'s, we have helped thousands of firms with strategic input, consultancy, offline and online marketing. Also with referral strategies and sales cultures that are centred around excellent customer care and so removes the stumbling block which the word \'sales\' can often be. Along with others in our senior team, I regularly present for professional bodies, membership organisations, software and associated service companies to the profession, plus through our own webinar programmes. Many thousands of firms attend these presentations each year and benefit from their pragmatic and incisive content.
