ABOUT DANIELLE MALLETT

I embarked on my professional journey as a freelancer, collaborating with small businesses to manage their social media platforms and contribute to their marketing strategies, all while helping them establish a solid online brand presence. In May 2021, I joined the Outwitly team part-time as a Social Media Coordinator and have since grown into the role of Communications Manager, guiding our Marketing Team. My responsibilities encompass a range of copywriting tasks, including blog posts, social media posts, newsletters, proposals, and sales communications. Additionally, I oversee our presence on various social media channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Medium, LinkedIn, and Pinterest. My primary focus is on shaping Outwitly\'s content strategy and infusing creativity into our social media and communication platforms to foster audience growth and engagement, specifically targeting UX practitioners. I also collaborate with our Sales team to effectively market Outwitly\'s services to clients in both private and public sectors, irrespective of their size. In the fall of 2020, I graduated from the University of Manitoba with an Arts degree in Psychology, bringing a unique blend of creativity and analytical thinking to my professional endeavors.
