ABOUT DANIELLE LEEMING

Real Estate Solicitor providing a commercial approach to legal advice on purchases, sales, long leases, occupational leases, agreements for lease and the setting up of developments. What makes me different?I get involved with clients at an early stage in their transaction to understand the drivers behind the transaction and look at ways to achieve a more favourable deal for the client. How have I helped clients? I recently advised a client on the set up of a high class commercial development. Being involved at such an early stage enabled me to understand the clients core values and appreciate what they were trying to achieve with the development and ensure those key elements were incorporated into the legal documentation. I also advise tenants on draft heads of terms for new office leases, including agreement of schedules of condition for the client with a view to limiting their repairing obligations which will realise significant savings at the end of the lease. If you are interested in discussing ways of negotiating better terms on a lease or are looking to take that first step in the commercial property market and want some further advice, please give me a call.
