ABOUT DANIELLE KELLY

Experienced Marketing and Customer service representative with experience in travel and hospitality. Previous work includes increasing footfall and revenue for a large chain of hospitality venues in Glasgow. Repairing the poor performance of venues by implementing new marketing strategies and initiatives at venues across Scotland. With a passion for travel I then moved to Dubai and worked as an Air Hostess for 5 and a half years for an international airline, anticipating and delivering the highest level of service to all customers, maintaining professionalism, integrity and confidentiality at all times. Working with the catering department I helped to change and implement new customer focused services to improve the Emirates experience. I completed certifications in assisting customers with mobility impairments, management of allergies, collapsed casualties and presumed deaths on board aircrafts. Returning to Glasgow in 2018, I have worked for a luxury travel company and achieved just under 1 million pounds in sales for them in 13 months. Winning a customer service accolade I was written into their book of excellent customer service, sent out companywide. I worked with John Lewis partners in the fashion department to implement a partnership between travel and fashion, building both brands to key customers we shared.
