ABOUT DANIELLE HALL

Previously a TV presenter, producer, journalist, and senior account manager, I\'m now Senior External Comms Manager at the HFEA.I obtained a first class degree in Broadcast Journalism from Nottingham Trent University, undertaking a year long placement with local TV station Notts TV in my final year. From June 2015 to October 2019 I worked my way up through the company (while also taking two winter seasons off to work abroad), I progressed from a video journalist into a presenter and producer role from May 2018. I not only presented the channel\'s flagship programme \"Ey Up Notts\", I also created my own programme,\"Notts On Stage\", focusing on the arts and theatre scene in the county, which I both produced and presented.In November 2019 I left journalism to begin my role as an account executive at Cartwright Communications where I progressed to a senior account manager role, forming part of the agency\'s senior management team. I worked in both B2B and B2C sectors, securing strong regional, national and trade coverage for my clients. I utilised my videography skills to create strong and varied content across all social media platforms and also won a CIPR Gold Award for an internal comms campaign for law firm Nelsons. I was also responsible for the creation of CC Live, a bespoke webinar offering, producing and presenting virtual events ranging from CPDs and roundtables to full-day events. I\'ve since moved in house, spending just under two years at the University of Nottingham before moving to my current role at the HFEA.
