Working alongside the Creative Director and the Digital Marketing Team to shape all production and strategies for creative content across MIA Shoes, MIA Kids, MIA Clogs, Mini MIA, and MIA Amore.• Creating, marketing, and managing all original, high-quality content for: Website, Social Platforms with the goal of generating new leads and sales in addition to maximizing brand awareness and engagement within the community.• Building and maximizing social audiences across our primary social channels. Engaging on a daily basis with our followers across posts, stories, highlights, and promoted ads; Building a strong sense of community while capturing that momentum into beautiful User Generated Content.• Curating micro/influencer and blogger outreach within our markets to create gorgeous, one of a kind campaigns; content (photo+film) used across all platforms to increase awareness while boosting sales on pre-determined products.• Coordinating production across all photo-shoots through creative vision, location, talent, logistics, and product in all shoot details including pre, during, and postproduction. • Managing the designing, coding, and scheduling of all B2C marketing emails and newsletter to align focused on pre-assigned product stories. • Attending corporate wholesale shows to assist the sale team; covering BTS for wholesale customers and vendors (via social), writing orders for new and existing customers, capturing emails and account information to strength company relationships between retailers and wholesalers.• Collaborating with the e-commerce and sales team to create SEO-friendly content by writing product descriptions for all styles to MIA Shoes, drop ship accounts, and other associated retailer distributors.• Assisting with the design of all online digital ads; providing all outside wholesale + retail vendors and accounts with the appropriate copy, graphics and imagery (both product, lifestyle, and other sales generating materials).
