I lead the User Research (UR) Community of Practice (CoP) and both, work in hands-on projects and mentor URs.I also lead service design endeavours working on them hands-on, and often together with aforementioned UR colleagues.I got amazingly coached to enhance a genuine, be-me approachable and supportive leadership style when I am needed, whilst also empowering direct reports to work autonomously I set-up the bear bones and a bit more of the Research Operations (ReOps).As a user researcher (UR)- I worked on a posh-Alpha (Private Beta phase with money to develop the thing, but in reality it was an Alpha phase -with aspects of mini-Discovery- due to an overhaul in business requirements) for DfE- I led a discovery piece on AI for an entire technical department with 150 colleagues: Assessed the AI/digital readiness; Understand aspects of AI ethics, inclusion, the application of responsible AI principles in real scenarios, and assisted to lead the AI-based digital transformation with trust and transparency.As a service designer- I worked on an internal drug discovery piece related to quantum computing- I worked on a piece in Private Beta for Cabinet Office- I recently worked on a piece in Re-Discovery for Leeds City Council

I am a seasoned User Researcher and Service Designer, with ample experience as a consultant, and a solid set of skills, passion for, and knowledge about user-centred design practices for web, service design and software development. I am experienced in unearthing and understanding user needs related to digital services, and in communicating actionable insights for specific touch points and the wider user journey both, to UX/dev teams and to senior stakeholders across the board. I am a mature, inquisitive, energetic, accountable for, adaptable, affable achiever, and a cross/multidisciplinary team-player who\'s switched-on about what goes on in the disciplines of user research and service design, particularly in the UK Public Sector.
