ABOUT DANIELE SPADAROTTO

I have had the opportunity to grow very fast across Finance Department over the years, in Planning & Controlling mainly. My strongest professional background is into the Industrial Controlling, in which I started my career in Indesit as the Plant Controller in Caserta (South of Italy). After a couple of years I moved to Fabriano (Indesit Headquarters) to cover several positions of increasing responsibility within in the Industrial Controlling Department, becoming the Group Industrial Controller in 2009. I had the opportunity to directly and frequently interact with the Company’s Top Management, such as the CEO and the CFO and to be a reference point for all the Industrial (both Manufacturing and R&D) Department. Throughout my career growth I also had the opportunity to challenge myself in different sub-functions - as the Corporate Finance Manager (in 20••••09)- and in a foreign country - as the CFO of the UK legal entity (in 20••••13). In the Uk I experienced and managed there one of the most important business negative events the Company had ever suffered, ie. Indesit’s main client bankruptcy. I got completed my P&C experience by being the Finance Director, Market Operations in Indesit group and for the whole new group (Whirlpool and Indesit combined). I covered also the Industrial Relations position during the acquisition period. In 2016 I\'ve joined Amplifon Spa being the Group Controller and strongly contributing and leading the company move into a new business model through the digital transformation. After that I\'ve joined Pirelli Spa for leading the Controlling Team overall, managing a bigger complexity and driving for challenging targets
