ABOUT DANIEL ARRASCUE

I’ve always believed that technology should make people’s work simpler, smarter, and more meaningful, not the other way around. That belief has guided my 20+ year journey in IT and digital transformation, from my early days leading operations in Peru to my current role as Vice President of Technology Services at Ausenco in Vancouver.Throughout this path, I’ve learned that the real impact of technology comes from people, from building trust, nurturing curiosity, and creating teams that genuinely enjoy what they do. Leading multicultural, cross-functional teams across continents has reinforced my belief that communication, empathy, and purpose matter just as much as strategy and process.I’m passionate about bridging the gap between business and technology. Over the years, I’ve helped organizations improve efficiency and profitability through digital strategies that simplify complexity, strengthen governance, and enable innovation. But what I value most is seeing people grow, turning potential into confidence, and ideas into solutions that matter.I see leadership as a privilege: an opportunity to empower others, to keep learning, and to bring humanity into every transformation we drive.Outside of work, I stay curious about emerging technologies, enjoy connecting with professionals who challenge the status quo, and appreciate the moments of reflection that remind me how far we’ve come in this digital journey.
