Solving computer, network, and server problems on a daily basis- Educating users on best practices and security mindfulness in their every-day computing- Working constantly to improve the state of the IT systems in whatever way I can6-month highlights include- Identified and helped to solve Active Directory Sites and Services configuration to improve network performance at multiple sites- Completed project to switch our site subnet block, coordinating efforts with our network MSP and ISP with no end-user downtime- Installed new WAPs onsite, testing and confirming connectivity with minimal end-user downtime- Re-cabled server/network room with proper cable management and documentation
