So far I have:> Managed four portfolio companies in LYVA Labs\' Incubator, delivering investment support, mentoring, and business development guidance, helping them raise SEIS funding) and connect with 10+ investors.> Developed business plans covering market research, competitor analysis, route to market, intellectual property, and regulatory pathways, including for a paediatric physiotherapy device.> Researched and wrote investment cases for potential LSTM, LHSTM, and BSMS spinouts as part of the £1M FLIGHT programme, including an innovative public health mosquito trap and a paediatric TB diagnostic device.> Facilitated customer discovery interviews with key opinion leaders (KOLs), including for a rapid UTI diagnostic startup.
