ABOUT DANIEL RYDING
I am a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor, I began my education with a Level 3 Diploma in Building Studies and Surveying, I then completed my HNC (Higher National Certificate)- Construction and The Built Enviroment where I recieved a Merit. I then graduated Liverpool John Moores University studying Quantity Surveying in May 2018 where I achieved a 2/1, I achieved this while also carrying out my Quantity Surveying role. Currently i am working on a framework for a major blue chip business taking projects from estimating through to final account whilst undertaking jobs such as procurement of subcontractors; including producing a procurement schedule, placing official orders and holding pre-start meetings, capturing and building costs for variations from site/subcontractors and submitting to clients, analysing payments and processing payment certificates for subcontractors, monthly forecasts, valuations interims or finals etc.I have worked within a variety of markets such as; Leisure, Education, Corporate, H.M.P, N.H.S, MOD, Local Goverment, Retail and Care HomesCurrently working on frameworks for RBS (Royal Bank Of Scotland) and DWP (Department of Working and Pensions)
