Successfully facilitated both virtual and face-to-face medical symposiums across Western Europe on continual renal replacement therapies, with a focus on the complexities of caring for COVID-19 patients. These medical symposiums emphasised patient safety and education, included discussions on the application of novel and emerging extracorporeal technologies, such as ECCO2R, blood purification, and therapeutic plasma exchange. This was achieved in collaboration with the Western European MSL team to establish the new Baxter Virtual Extracorporeal Organ Support symposiums (VECOS) to provide continued education and support for healthcare professionals in this complex clinical field.In addition to my 14 years of experience as a critical care nurse, holding a BSc (Hons) in Nursing Practice from the University of Manchester (2013) and a Critical Care Course certification, I am also certified by the Association of the British Pharmaceutical Industry (ABPI) and have completed a Leadership and Management ILM (Level 5) program.I serve as the Western Europe Medical champion for ECCO2R, leading the develop- ment and implementation of strategies aimed at improving patient care in advanced ventilation carbon dioxide removal through extracorporeal means. Acting as a knowledge partner across local and global commercial, medical, and marketing teams, and the honour of being a KOL partner.Overall, my diverse background and qualifications have prepared me to excel in the challenging and dynamic world of both medical science and sales alongside clinical. A highly motivated, disciplined, and ambitious Principal Medical Liaison who currently holds a National role for Baxter Healthcare in the Medication Delivery and Acute Therapies business. My career spans 14 years as an Adult Critical Care Nurse, focusing on the care of level 3 ICU patients, and 4.5 years as a Regional Account Manager for Baxter\'s CRRT, TPE, and ECCO2R portfolio. I was promoted to Medical Scientific Liaison for Acute Therapies across the UK and Ireland in early 2019, leading on the CRRT and AKI portfolio, including the development and implementation of the ECCO2R education strategy, coordination of medical advisory boards, and virtual education events for Western Europe. I am a consistent and innovative team player, with experience working with partners at both the regional and international level. I believe that \"a person is judged by what they do rather than what they are.\" My track record includes several successful projects, such as the ECCO2R Western Europe education strategy, which resulted in an increase in sales of the product in the region, and the coordination and development of virtual education material for the Baxter Critical Care Institute (BCCI) program. The Virtual Extracorporeal Organ Support symposium (VECOS) was designed as a Baxter education platform to engage with the medical community with the latest scientific information, that provided discussions in this often contentious area.
