Educate nursing and pharmacy personnel in the correct clinical application of the various product lines. Provide customer service as the local representation of Baxter Healthcare to Hospitals, Medical Centers and Integrated Health Networks, providing problem solving for contract, product distribution, pricing; and credit issues. Create business plans for territory and oversee progress.Sales Achievement Contest Winner (2006)Current streak of achieving annual sales that exceed Territory Budget for ten consecutive years.Successfully grew Territory Sales from $7.8 million in to over $14 million in 2010.Initiated contract process, negotiated for and oversaw successful conversion of Medication Delivery product lines at Banner Health, Carondelet Health Network, Northwest Medical Center, Scottsdale Healthcare, Yuma Regional Medical Center and other acute care facilities.Resigned 100% of hospitals in the territory to specific GPO & Direct Bilateral Contracts during negotiations.Promoted to Sales Representative II in May of 2004.
