Leading the Warner Bros.(WB) games legal function across the EMEA territories, providing support on all aspects of publishing, distribution and marketing, as well as strategic advice on regulatory and public affairs issues. My role entails providing direct production support to the company’s eleven games studios, four of which are based in the UK, and which encompass PC, console and mobile gaming.Supporting all aspects of day-to-day business, including regulatory advice, complex software licensing, in-game content clearance, intellectual property licensing, employment issues, litigation, property issues, IR35, GDPR and issues relating to physical games product.
