The created model saw a 500% increase in employment during the first 12 months.• Responsible for the project management and execution of the Diversity & Social Inclusion employment strategy plan.• Build relationships and coordinate with various employment providers for the engagement and employment of candidates in the following categories; Disability, Indigenous, Long Term Unemployed & Vulnerable/Disadvantaged, Other categories as identified from time to time• Ensure agreements with employment providers are commercially sound, avoiding financial detriment or loss to the contract• Work with Senior Leaders and Managers to ensure safe and durable employment and provision of duties for employees engaged through the plan.• Liaise with People and Culture personnel on any employment and performance related matters.
