We can attend mid tender, post tender and pre-award meetings, offering a one stop shop for Estimating requirements.We also provide a Commercial Management service, by reading and commenting on contracts when they arrive, creating and submitting monthly applications, pricing variations, monitoring revised client drawings issued and advising of any changes, submission of NCEs and EWNs where necessary and creating monthly CVRs for cost control.
