As the Head of the Commercial Office within IAG’s Technology and Operations division, I lead a team responsible for delivering strategic financial insights and managing the division’s largest cost base. Since establishing the Commercial Office in 2018, I’ve grown the team from 2 to 11 professionals, now supporting a >$700M cost base and over 2,500 employees.Our function provides end-to-end commercial support, including budgeting, forecasting, and deep-dive financial reviews to drive cost optimization and strategic investment decisions. We partner with six EGMs and over 60 EMs, ensuring financial discipline and commercial acumen across the division.
