I am a Real Estate solicitor whose main areas of practice include property finance work, distressed real estate, site acquisition and landlord and tenant work. I have worked for client in various business/industry sectors including aviation, medical, banks and property developers.My recent experience includes acting for several major airlines in respect of their recent move to the newly completed Terminal 2 in Heathrow, acting for a number of private banks on loans secured over residential and commercial properties and advising medical property developers on their acquisition of sites for the development of Doctors surgeries in various locations in England and Wales including the lettings of those sites to doctor\'s practices and pharmacies I also act for a number of financial institutions and insolvency practitioners in connection with the sale of real estate by administrators, receivers and liquidators.
