ABOUT DANIEL JOHNSON

As Commercial Director at Nuvo, my focus is on helping our firm grow revenue from both new and existing clients sustainably, confidently and without overcomplicating things.Since joining Nuvo, I have built and managed a successful client portfolio, become a Responsible Individual for audit and played a key role in our ongoing commercial growth. I lead our commercial team and work closely with portfolio partners to embed a confident, consistent approach to pricing across the firm. I also build and maintain strong relationships with our key strategic partners, ensuring that our commercial efforts support our long term goals.A core part of my role is reviewing our service offering to ensure we are always bringing more value focused solutions to our clients, not just delivering compliance, but providing insight, clarity and services that help them move forward. We grow by charging for everything we do, based on a clear menu of services, and by making sure the value we provide is always front and centre.The most rewarding part of my job is seeing that mindset shift when a partner realises that charging for the work we already do is not only possible but easier than they thought.Nuvo is proof that accountancy firms can be both commercially sharp and deeply client focused. My role is to keep us growing not just bigger but better by embedding commercial thinking into the everyday decisions we make as a firm.
