Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that have quadrupled traffic and driven consistent year-on-year revenue growth.• Develop and execute the full-funnel marketing strategy, including lead generation, remarketing, brand campaigns, events, and email nurture flows.• Own and optimise six-figure annual marketing budgets, improving ROI across both traditional and digital channels.• Increase demand generation through improved outreach, segmentation, SEO strategy, and campaign tracking. • Deliver 360° event and sponsorship marketing, securing key industry visibility and increasing on-site lead volume via pre/post-campaign tactics.• Lead market intelligence, competitor analysis, and monthly performance reporting, delivering key insights on growth, trends, and opportunities to senior leadership and the international group to support data-driven decision making.• Manage GDPR-compliant CRM database, improving lead quality through segmentation and re-engagement initiatives.• Enhance brand positioning through targeted PR, newsletters, social media, and third-party editorial and advertising placements.• Introduce marketing automation workflows with CRM, Hootsuite, Ahrefs, Lemlist and Mailchimp to scale communications and drive engagement.• Build and maintain rapport with external vendors and shareholders.Core Tools: GA4, Sage CRM, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Hootsuite, Prowly, ContactLab, Interspire, Qlikview, Adobe Photoshop, Screaming Frog, Lemlist, Ahrefs & Microsoft Suite.
