Spearheaded the successful implementation of Dallas County\'s Google Cloud Platform, enabling seamless integration of Contact Center AI and Enterprise Translation Hub into the dallascounty.org website, resulting in improved service delivery and satisfaction levels of Dallas County constituents. • Led the implementation of a new Jail Management System in the nations 7th largest jail. Worked with outside vendors to document and analyze Business Processes to ensure a full digitization of systems and processes. • Worked with the FBI and county resources to upgrade the Combined DNA Index System ensuring a secure connection to the national database and registry. Built relationships across different domains to ensure the County met all Criminal Justice Information Services requirements. • Coached and mentored junior project managers on techniques and procedures. Created an environment for project managers to ask questions and collaborate to ensure the residents of Dallas County got the best possible product every time. • Built relationships with non-technical County assets by being putting an emphasis on communication. Always brought a high level of customer service to County assets to ensure they understood the goals of every project and had an opportunity to express their concerns. • Handled New Construction and total renovations of multiple government buildings throughout the county. Responsible for planning, resourcing, and scoping the Infrastructure backbone and working with various county resources to collect requirements and ensure all stakeholder needs and wants were met.
