I have been in systems delivery for over 25+ years. I started my delivery career at Accenture then moved over to delivery within a product company at Oracle. Continued my delivery career at Bank of a America focusing on CRM and customer facing solutions. Moved back to a product company delivery career at SunGard/ Capco and then into large practice management for Delivery at SAP. At SAP, I am responsible for all US implementations for Financial Services and Insurance clients.
