Planning possessions across the LUL infrastructureArranging Line blocks on Network Rail/TFL Infrastructure for emergency access and as well as maintenanceRegular liaison and reporting between the key interdepartmental contacts within the LUL organisation to ensure safe and effective planning of possessionsAdvance planning of larger long term possessionsUndertaking EIC role for Closures and PossessionsUndertake surveys of the local environment to assess risks and potential impact the possession may have on the local communityProduce possession update reports and issue to the relevant parties involvedEnsure all detailed documentation is effectively logged and registered within LUL standardsEnsure that prior to the possession plan being executed that all cost measures are considered and fall in line within the constraints of the budgetEstablish and chair possession planning meetings and ensure that all key relevant representatives involved within the possession attend.Ensure that all current Engineering Notices / Publications are up to date and any deviations are approved and detailed to all possession partiesAttend key meetings at the pre-planning, execution and completion of the possession.Liaise with the signal control team as well as the line controllers to ensure that traction current is managed competently and effectively during the period of the possession.Ensure that a risk assessment has been considered for the local environment in regard to local services, plant & equipment, noise and notifications to adjacent neighbours whereby necessary.
