My main responsibilities within my current role include the following: Dimensional inspection using gauges, co-ordinate measuring machine and callipers. Material testing including hardness testing with Brinell tester and Poldi tester. NDT (MPI, LPI, UT) inspection to comply with One Subsea Quality plans. Weld Inspection, holding CSWIP 3.0 Visual inspection, including the use of Boro-scopes. Read and interpret engineering drawings, bill of materials, quality plans, and other documents as needed. Regularly carry out inspection verifications and System Integration Testing at suppliers. Ensuring relevant factory acceptance/integrations tests and flushing operations are Documented.
