Led a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving Black women and femmes through wellness, advocacy programming, and community building initiatives.As Creative Brand Director, I conceptualize and produce high-quality digital and print assets, including website imagery, infographics, social graphics, and event collateral. I maintain close collaboration with the Director of Strategic Partnerships, founder, and community stakeholders to support event planning, nurture our digital community, and execute content and design strategies that ensure brand consistency and mission alignment.I led a volunteer-based creative team in support of the FreeFlow Project, an initiative focused on increasing access to period care, and played a key role in hosting and promoting 70+ community-centered events, capturing on-site content and translating it into impactful digital storytelling. I developed and implemented content and design strategies that increased website conversion rates by 40% and grew Instagram engagement by over 50%, ultimately scaling the platform to followers and expanding a Discord community to 800+ members.Additionally, I led two full organizational rebrands and directed the creative process for visual campaigns, event branding, and merchandise. Through helping structure and scale the organization from the ground up, this role strengthened my ability to manage large digital communities, deliver accessible resources, and contribute meaningfully to mission-driven work. It remains one of the most rewarding, challenging, and fulfilling experiences of my marketing career.
