Being in recruitment is more than a job, having people depend on you when choosing the next step in their career is a huge responsibility.I Started out on a temps desk recruiting large amounts of staff for one off and repeat events, I have worked with clients from Royal Ascot to Global gathering. So I understand the need to be adaptable and versatile in todays market. During my time at Special Events I was responsible for co-ordinating and delivering staffing numbers from 6 to 600 depending on the event.Special events was sold to G4S events, and so I moved on.I was offered a chance at Adecco on their Perms desk in Uxbridge. Initially starting on a desk that was warmish. Since joining the company I have added a some fantastic business to the branch. This has continued to grow month on month. The support and training they offer is second to none, combine this and the team that Uxbridge has and the result could be a formidable branch in the near future.I see myself in a management role in the future and I am working closely with my peers to achieve this. But I am always looking for an opportunity. Hopefully within the Adecco Group.
