Culture Evolution team is responsible for business transformations (organizational, digital) on a human level and boosting a culture of leadership and performance.Leadership & Culture development- Supporting the design of leadership solutions that foster culture of ownership and end-to-end mindset- Core organization team of the Leadership Week- Managing psychometric tools for employee personality assessments- Contributing to leadership development in International Customer Centers- Building and testing new learning solution format through an experimental pilotFacilitation- Team workshops (up to 30 participants) on cross-collaboration, team dynamics. Designing workshops after analyzing managers’ request and their team need- Leadership Week discovery sessions in English, French, Spanish languages- Managers’ trainings- Innovathon (= hackathon) with the Operations population as a coach. Accompanying the full process: problem framing, value proposition, cross-fertilization, solution testing, structuring & pitching in front of senior leadership- Monthly presentation of Culture Evolution department on Newcomers Onboarding DayCommunity & Stakeholder Engagement- Managing ‘Connecting Leaders community’ (Band IV managers): quarterly transnational event planning- Guest speaker relations, generating cost savings- Turned a bold idea into action by organizing a private dining with the VP HR (N-1 to Airbus Helicopters CEO) for Q1 2025 event competition winners in both France and Germany.Data & Operational Support- Set-up first dashboards for team budget management- Built facilitator network KPIs tracking system- Analyzing performance: attendance, satisfaction & impact survey data- Managing internal communications: articles, internal visibility, monthly comms plan, branding- Supporting ongoing change management initiatives (LBIP)
