Purpose: Deliver POS to retail stores throughout UK through from initial concepts to seasonal campaigns.• Reporting directly to Head of Visual Merchandising and deputising when needed.• Collaborate closely with design team on concept, whether this be campaign, new store, seasonal, and ad-hoc projects.• Negotiate with suppliers on price, material, visual dynamic, and supply. Maintain an accountable budget of ~ £250K pa.• Achieved substantial savings against budget 2023/2024 by streamlining ordering process and employing an automated system.• Outperformed all personal objectives set by Head of Visual Merchandising, producing continual savings on store top-ups 2021/22 = 12K, 2022/23 = 8K, 2023/24 = 8.5K, respectively.• Continually add value to bottom line by challenging suppliers, design, and marketing through holistic management style.• Conceptualises and directs creative strategies for diverse projects in alignment with brand objectives.• Translates brand messaging into visually compelling and cohesive design elements. Established and upholds resilient communications process across brand, ensuring one message.• Leads brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions for marketing initiatives.• Store design heavily involved customer journey mapping, pushing boundaries on conceptual design ref competitors. Lighting mood, shopper experience, • Spearheading a project ref regeneration of POS and POS holders, tactile, on-brand.• Designed “ The Heart of the Look” (in-house company magazine) for all retail stores and Head office, giving product information upcoming events, seasonal changes etc. Publication is twice per year• Integral part of the visual merchandising team in all new store openings.• Accountable for the design and management of all digital creative content.
