As the Business Development and Partnerships Manager at Essex ACL, I am dedicated to fostering strong relationships with employers across Essex to ensure their workforce has access to top-notch training and apprenticeship opportunities. Our mission is to provide work-based training that not only meets the needs of businesses but also empowers individuals to achieve their career goals.I am proud to lead our Poppins, Nightingale and skills boot camp teams project teams, which focus on training high-quality staff for the social care and childcare sectors. By supporting these vital industries, we help ensure that communities receive the best possible care and education. Our bursary programs are designed to attract and develop passionate professionals who are committed to making a positive impact.In addition to managing the excellent project teams, I also responsible for our employer engagement initiatives. Our team works closely with businesses to identify their training needs and develop customized solutions that enhance their workforce\'s skills and productivity. We believe that investing in employee development is key to driving business success and fostering a thriving local economy.At ACL, we are committed to delivering exceptional training and apprenticeship programs that benefit both employers and employees.
