Responsible for supporting the rollout and adoption of a digital vetting platform used by public sector organisations across the UK. My role focuses on coordinating onboarding, supporting organisations through implementation, and ensuring successful adoption of the platform.Key responsibilities include:• Coordinating onboarding and implementation for organisations adopting the E2E Vetting platform • Delivering demonstrations and guidance to new users to support successful system adoption • Acting as a key liaison between clients, internal teams and system developers • Supporting testing and rollout of new platform features and functionality • Managing stakeholder relationships with public sector organisations and partners • Identifying process improvements and supporting the continuous development of the platform
