Lead Business Analyst for Next Generation Hybrid project – one of nine corporate initiatives. Planned equipment deployment schedule, ran weekly department check-ins, created and coordinated test pilot communications, and tracked issues to identify trends and surface to stakeholders. Created an engineer capacity report detailing each engineer’s projects and planned effort, broken out by sprints. This report was made part of our department dashboard and is one of the primary tools used by the Microsoft Administration Team to plan each quarter’s projects. Pre-release project management responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders from multiple teams to define project goals and requirements. Create user stories, verify project effort estimates, set the development time line, and finalize all product documentation in ServiceNow. Release-level project management responsibilities include monitoring Microsoft engineers on multiple projects to ensure projects are meeting milestones and acceptance criteria/testing goals. Keep stakeholders apprised of project progress. Received the Microsoft Administration Team’s “Employee of the Month” award after eight months.
